Wolfgang Schwellenbach(60) was the holder of the international embassy service for more than 23 years. As economic attaché of the Central African Republic, he built economic links between the West African states and focused on water management. With IWT Switzerland, Qatar Green Energy and Hydrogenion AG, he has focused on hydrogen concepts in recent years.
